RULES AND REGULATIONS

 All GRians are to abide by the rules & regulations and routine of the school at all times as long as they are students of the school.

1) The students should maintain the highest standard of discipline.
2) Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours, without the permission of the Principal.
3) Students must cultivate the habit of remaining clean, neat and tidy and wear the school uniform daily. We expect the co-operation of the parents in this regard.
4) Making any kind of unnecessary noise in the premises is prohibited.
5) Scribbling on the walls and desks, throwing paper or ink about the classrooms and in any way damaging the school property are all forbidden. Damages caused must be paid for at the discretion of the school authorities.
6) Students should not bring anything besides their books to the school.
7) Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the school camps. Such materials if found to be in possession of a student, will be confiscated and will not be returned.
8) Parents should not allow the children to wear or carry any jewellery to the school. The school is not responsible for any theft or loss of goods.
9) A student should not absent himself/herself from the school, unless forced by circumstances like illness or marriage of blood relatives.
10) Leave, if availed, should be either preceded or followed by a request from the parent. In case of more than 5 days leave, medical certificate should be produced.
11) The students are to behave in an orderly manner during games, lunch time and at intervals.
12) Classroom must be kept tidy. The desks and benches should be in correct positions.
13) Text books and exercise books must be covered and kept neat always.
14) School property should not be damaged by any students. In such cases fine will be deducted from the student responsible.
15) The school reserves the right to dismiss any student after warnings in case of disciplinary and/or academic concerns.
16) Any student taking part in or instigating any kind of disturbance in the smooth working of the school will be dismissed forth with.
17) The medium of communication in the campus must be English.
18) Students are expected to keep their hair tidy, neat and well-combed. Girls having long hair, should put up double plait and use only ribbons for tying the hair. Boys must have their hair cut regularly. Nails should be trimmed regularly
19) Students should polish their shoes regularly and wear neat socks. Students should not wear tight-fit and low hip pants.
20) Any student suffering from contagious or infectious disease will not be allowed to attend school.
21) Parents and guardians are requested not to see the children or meet the teachers during class hours. All concerns regarding school affairs can be made by the parent / guardian to the Principal.
22) Reports which are sent to the parents from time to time should be duly signed, taken note of and returned to the school promptly. Parents have to come in person and receive the report cards. They can meet the teachers concerned and know about their ward’s progress.
23) Parents are requested to co-operate in the work of the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline by taking daily interest in their child’s progress. They should check the Diary daily and note the home work given and see that the assigned work is done by the child before the next working day of the school.
24) Remarks entered in the diary of student should be duly responded by the parents.
25) It is mandatory for every student to attend all the functions like the Republic Day, the Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanthi, Founder’s Day, Prayer Day etc. without fail. We expect the co-operation of the parents in this regard.

26) Any misconduct, misbehaviour, bad influence and acts of indiscipline by a student and if accounted to be in any way detrimental to the interest of the class teacher / faculty / staff and to the school in general will lead to the Principal asking the parent / guardian to withdraw their ward.

27) The Principal has the right to suspend or require the withdrawal of any pupil without having to state any reason, provided that the Principal is satisfied that such a step is necessary in the interest of the school.

28) Enrolment in Dr GR Public School implies on the part of pupils and parent, willingness to comply with the requirements and regulations of the school. The school reserves the right to add, delete or modify the rules/recommendations listed above.

MODE OF FEE PAYMENT 

  1. The fee must be paid term wise on or before the dates mentioned below.
  2. A fine of Rs 50 will be collected as late fee per month after the due date.
  3. Term fee can be paid on or before the following dates in our school fee collection counter only.


Bulk Payment

Parent can pay the whole year’s fee in the month of June from 1st to 30th only. A discount of one month tuition fee will be given for the bulk payment.
